OKNANA...

I have visions of making my gs a primo bug blanket when he’s about 3! If I win one month on the HAPPY BLOCKS ...perhaps I should do a cootie blanket theme...lolol With little bugs alll over the blankie!

This will sound a little corney but when my kids were little I led them on bug hunts all summer (we used to do night time bug hunts too). We lived out in the country and they each had their own flash light. We would walk around the barns, and creek (not too far out as we had cougars around)...and we would see the night cooties and busy toads. We always had bug hunts when camping too. It was so much fun! Every fall we caught one pregnant praying mantis and put her into our fish tank full of plants. We watched her lay her eggs and kept the corm chilled until the next summer.

We had jars upon jars of the Monarch caterpillars in their bedrooms and their school always had a huge hatching project every year. We even housed a few garden snakes, but found them tooo hard to keep in the tanks. We never kept anything more then a couple weeks...then we set it free. It was always such a fun time, and I can’t wait until I can lead my little gs on the same adventures. I already have several bug books purchased.....this grammy can’t WAIT!!!

Grrrrrrrrr.....I've been playing with reducing the size of my KB's to make my photos work in the albums. Is this a setting on my actual digital because I'm not having any luck finding a way to reduce my KBs in Adobe, or Photoshop...OR P-Bucket?

Felicia, Send them to me and I will put them in there for ya. I am leaving in about 1 hour or so, and will be back tomorrow afternoon late. But I can do it for ya~
It needs to be 50 kb or less to post. Usually in Photobucket you can resize down to 50 kb. Have you ever used imageresizer.com to resize? I use them too sometimes. I'd be happy to post 'em for ya though.

Thanks OKNANA! I sent you a PM. I have Adobe and this should be doable from there too. I've just not had to do this before...but... I know it's not a big deal once you figure out how. I've used P-bucket and just posted photos directly into links for so long... I honestly can't remember if I've ever had to do this...lol

It's that menopause mind thing...lol *doink*...the info has gone bye-bye...lolol
