How is everyone coming on their April Block, I'll make mine today...I hope! Went to the lqs bought everything but what I need to buy 1930's fq's! Oh well another trip won't hurt!

Get buys ladies! Only takes an afternoon to make one block. I'm having to force myself cause I have so many projects going at once.

Good for you Char! lol I was just going to cut mine out and my hubby came in with a pair of jeans to shorten an inch. So guess what I am doing right now! Yep shortening those jeans! It's his work in the yard jeans and I don't want him to miss any time out there! lol

My BPS fabric is sitting next to my machine and I have the patterns printed off ... as soon as I sew the binding on my quilt (today!) these are my next project. I am looking forward to making some of these pretty blocks.

Well I've done the blocks for this month and need to go back and do some more catch up blocks. I just haven't gotten my 1930's fabrics and I hate to use the same one's I've been using.

I finished my April Block and posted it in the album.

This is fun. I like trying new blocks that I might not otherwise chose by myself.

Thanks, Julia, for picking such striking block patterns. I did the Left and Right one, but I am going to make the other block, too.

I am going to go work on some BOM's now ... (as the month runs out on me here) ... then I plan to go backwards and make BPS blocks for the first three months of this year.
