These are both stars and I'm not sure if they have been done before but let me know. I have the first one made and am working on the second.

I've got both blocks printed off and will get them made sometime this week. I like both of them. Looking forward to seeing how all of them are going to turn out.

I love these blocks. It is going to be tough to pick which to do first and post in the album.

Hmmm ... I am thinking that I should really use solids for the Amish one ... I have a couple of solids with my Victorian prints.

I am definately going to make the Brasstown Star, too, though, as I really like this block.

It will probably be a few days before I can get to making either of these, but I do have them printed and next to my fabrics.

Oh I love both of them! I think I;m going to do the Brasstown star one, but the other is so pretty...... I'll have to print them both off and maybe I can get them both done - AFTER I get May finished

Ok ladies, I know everyone is busy gardening and doing things outside, but here in OKC it is so windy, OH MY GOODNESS IS IT WINDY!!, and hot (already!!) that it's more fun to stay in and sew, sew, sew... so let's see a few more that are excited about these blocks..I've been busy too, but think I have fabric in mind to do them both. Hope to get to them in next day or so. Just wanted to give a little boost to ya'all..Have a good day.

The air cond. is going on today. Yesterday it was in the mid 80's and the heat index was in the mid 90's... to hot for me..
I love the blocks and will be doing mine today. I have fridays off so its sewing day for me..

Julia, happy to hear from you! You been cooking up a storm I guess! Well in Louisiana it's hot and so muggy you can hardly breathe! The air is just so thick! Today was a bit cooler with a little wind, a little rain but after taking my dmil to have her mamogram it rained on my way home. As soon as that rain hit the highway, steam was rising! It's terrible!

I know I was wishing for warm weathr but it was in the mid 90's here with a heat index of 110!

Looking forward to see new blocks!
