I made a Tshirt quilt from one of our daughter's Tshirts from her running days. I cut out the logos and stabalized them by fusing to interfacing, then cut the blocks to similar sizes before stacking into rows and dividing each block with sashing. Turned out great! I'll quilt it on my long arm machine when I finish my customer's quilts. It's her Christmas present. Janie

We want to see pictures. I'm sure she will love it and the memories it holds. A friend has asked me to do one with her son's t'shirts and baseball uniform shirts from high school and college. Maybe after the holidays.

Very cool! I keep wanting make them for my boys, but they have traded t-shirts so much that I'm not sure whose shirt is whose anymore! I am sure it will be a gift your daughter will treasure for many years.

Here you go Ilovetosew! Yippee!

Just copy these directions below...print them off and follow them step by step! You'll be a photo posting pro in NO TIME! The program a lot of us use is called Photobucket " Click Here For Photobucket Sign Up Page "

**PHOTOBUCKET POSTING TIPS**

PUTTING PHOTOS INTO POSTS

Register at www.Photobucket.com . Which is about as silly of a name as you might ever find. However, it was very user friendly, and I was able to do what I needed without tooooooooo much hair pulling ...lol It was all pretty easy. Then you build an album by just following the directions.

You go to selection buttons, and browse your personal photos until you find what you want. A tip here: I always keep a little empty file on my desktop, and I put the photos I want to upload in that file. That way I don't have to dig through any files to find them. Then... you just upload them to Photobucket following their simple instructions.

You check (or bullet) the photos (check the little box under the thumbnail) you want to load into your post, and then click the lower button (bottom of the page) that offers you "Generate HTML and IMG Code". That takes you to another page, and it's a bit tricky here. It shows you several ways it has uploaded your photos - BUT YOU DO NOT SEE THE ACTUAL PHOTO. You SEE PRINT ONLY. What you want is a section of text that reads: "IMG clickable thumbnails for message boards - recommended". It’s the 3rd choice down on that page. Amazingly enough... you just highlight and copy that information in the little "IMG section for msg boards", and paste it directly into your post. When you submit your post... it shows up as pictures in your post! It's magic!!..LOL

I would have NEVER figured that part out, but the member who gave me a quick walk through mentioned the pasting it into your post part. It works!!

Remember-you won't see anything but code words until you hit POST NOW.

Enjoy Janie! It's my Welcome present to you in BC!
