I don't know how much interest this would be to other than Michigan quilter's, but wanted to share this. http://www.museum.msu.edu/glqc/mqp.html This is the website for the MSU museum's quilt collection. If you click on newsletter, there is a listing of quilt shows and exhibits, some at MSU, some other places. I would really like to see their redwork exhibit. Is there anyone from Michigan, Ohio, or Indiana who would like to join me? We could meet, see the exhibit, and have lunch. Mary and everyone,
I went to this site, and yes, I have been there before. This lady (Ila McCallum) is in my quilt guild, and actually started the guild. She is currently starting a hand applique guild, but it's quite a ways from me, so I won't be going to that one. She is a very, very good quilter, and teaches classes in our area, and has taught on QuiltUniversity.com. Her site is very nice and I am going to look around there some more. Donna |
