October is devoted to Breast Cancer Awareness but I wanted to post this site again, it has been posted before and it represents more than just pink ribbons:

I looked at this site last night and again this morning. Is there a pattern for the colored ribbons quilt? I thought it was quite stunning, but couldn't locate a pattern. There is so much to see, so maybe I overlooked it. If someone finds the pattern, please let me know.

I am totally surprised that there isn't one there, she usually always postsa pattern. I know Carol Doak has a PP pattern from a book called "Pink Ribbon Quilts". Here is a ribbon block that I have made and it works well to enlarge it by 120% or 150%...I forgot which I did. You can make it a solid ribbon just as easy. Happy Quilting! Deb not being funny or anything but is that Mimi Dietrich with the Pink Ribbon quilts? Whatever the case it is such a worthy cause no matter.

Angie Padilla has a wonderful collection of free ribbon patterns - she designed them while her brother was ill (since passed) - on this page http://ajpadilla.com/ she mentions it's Breast cancer awareness month, and gives the link to ribbons. You can make them any colour needed.
