I just wanted to let you know that you are invited to join Serial Quilters, a new blogging community for quilters. It came about as I was trying to upgrade MyQuiltBlog.com and found that I couldn't, so I created a new and much improved site complete with personal photo galleries and private messaging.
If you'd like to give it a go, you can sign up for a free blog here:
Kim Thanks I am giving it a try now to help calm my nerves LOL
PS I am deb1quilts on the new blog circuit so add me to your new blog as a friend.
Happy Quilting! Bama Deb ~ Sweet Home AL I have always been interested in people who make me laugh!!! You can never have a dull moment with these people. And if you happen to have "one of those moments" then it's okay, they just laugh with you.
Had a little trouble getting on, but third time's a charm. Think I may have to update my profile when I remember what is supposed to go in all the boxes. Looks like a very nice place.
hey Meg I see you created your blog looks like we are both online. that's about all that I am so far still trying to tread through the unknown LOL
I see a list across the top going to go click on them...add me I am just Deb

I've added both of you as friends, so add me back, please!
Deb, you'll find it is very similar to MQB, except the control panel looks different. You'll see that all of the old stuff is there with some new features added.
I just love being able to see who is online! And the PM function is great...a lot faster than here on the forum.
Check out the Blog List link at the top of the public pages...you can see a complete listing of every blog in the system! That was something I was never able to make happen on MQB!
Meg, I'm so glad you kept trying to get in! I removed the email verification requirement because so many folks were having trouble getting their verification links by email. This way, you can go right on in after registering. I'll just have to keep an eye out for spammers...the delete key was made just for them!

The one thing I haven't figured out how to do is to edit my profile. I know there has to be a way. And I haven't even realized we could PM one another. How does one do that? I can see I still have so much to learn! I think we will all have tons of fun.
Hey, I did a bit of exploring and I sent my first PM to Deb! Wo-hoo!
There is a line across the top of the blog page that says profile...click on that.

Linda Thanks for adding me I will get you added just as soon as I go through my emails and get my new blog opened back up. Did you see my pics? I had the 3 of us in the TX album and it was way to large so I have got to shrink it down then add it back in.
