This was done fusable applique & quite fun. I am almost ready to quilt Smile

Thank you Pat,

Quiltsrfun, It is applique, with lots of tiny pieces. Smile The Pattern is by Maggie Walker. She does hers needle turn applique, but but for me the rooster combs & beaks were just to small so I did fusible applique. I've been quilting about 15 yrs. There is alway something new to learn & new fabrics to buy.

Rebecca, that is a wonderful quilt! I wouldn't have thought chickens would be a good theme for a quilt but this is just gorgeous! You go girl! Yippee!

That is a beautiful quilt. One of my first classes was a chicken wall hanging featuring 4 different views of chickens which was also applique and was such fun to do.
