Thank you!!! I've been so frustrated by this website move that I could spit nails! To finally get the BC domain to resolve correctly yesterday gave me the opportunity to make the changes in the forum today. All of the forum hosted avatars are stored in a folder on the BC domain and with it out of commission, it was RED X city around here.
I notice that the inner pages of the forum are still showing old colors...I think the forum takes an hour or so to catch up to changes that I make in the back end, so I've got my fingers crossed that we see all new color-coordinated pages in the next hour or so. If not, well there is always tech support, lol!

Kim Great job! It looks fantastic! Well worth a week or two of red x's. I am working on a web site for work, and I currently can't get it to do what I want, so my heart goes out to you. I think I'm now holding that nail bag.... it can be so frustrating sometimes.
Again, thanks for the fortitude and where-with-all to keep plugging away.
We really do appreciate all the work it takes to keep this site up and running smoothly. Thanks again.
Speaking from experience...(and the reason our garden group temporarily migrated to BC a year ago this Valentine’s Day) was due to NHGC attempting this “domain upgrade”. It was a cataclysmic mistake by who ever attempted to do it! It was the END of that board EVER functioning well again! It became a glitch plagued, stalled out mess and is still nothing but pure frustration to this day. I would say they easily lost over half their members from that situation and it was a thriving online community. Many who had paid big bucks for lifetime memberships.
Kim, your tenacious nature is evident by what a great job you’ve done! Chat board upgrades “ain’t” for wimps...LOL A few red x’s are no biggie! Again...BRAVO AND THANKS x 1000!

Kim, I've said it before and I'll say it agian: we teachers simply love red "x"'s!
I see that you have added a link to the newsletter across the top bar. Maybe it has always been there and I just didn't notice it before. This week's newsletter is really fabolous, I downloaded four or five patterns. Don't think I have ever downloaded that many before all at one time. NOT that I am going to get to them right away! LOL But at least I will have them in my notebook. And I have noticed that, even though I save the newsletter, sometimes I can't go back and download them later. Evidently those links aren't archived.
Yes, some patterns are not archived, so you need to get 'em while they are hot, lol!
Jacqui, you are so sweet! Thank you for the compliment!
Felicia, this is quite a compliment coming from you...knowing the trouble that you had at the other forum when they made some changes, I was really concerned. Thank you!

Oh My Goodness!!! I was gone all day and came home to see our very own Extreme Home Makeover!! Kim it looks great and I haven't even had a chance to snoop around yet. I had to do a double take and make sure I was in the right place. Thank you! Thank you Kim! (standing ovation)

Kim, the new look is superb! I like it alot. And ditto, on the great job you do for all of us, I like being able to come to BC and would be lost without it. Thank you. Marilynn
Hi Kim, The new lay out looks great. I just love it. Thank you for all your hard work, & giving us such a great place to be. I love Block central. Rebecca P
