You are doing a wonderful job on this quilt.

I am so sorry to hear that you recently suffered the loss of your Mother. How nice that you still have your Granny so you two may help each other through this time of sorrow.

This seems like such a nice project to remember your Mother by. I did not quilt yet when my Mother died several years ago. I wish now sometimes that I had saved some of her clothing to make a quilt but at the time I had no use for them and I donated the good things and discarded those that were too worn. May you continue to find comfort by turning her paperdolls into a memory quilt.

TJ, your quilt is looking good! I have to say that I was thinking of a different kind of paper doll. It is so good to have so many people here to get us to the answer we are really looking for. This is the kind of paper doll I thought you were talking about. lol
