Oh, piffle! I just came from the grocery store. I was going to go check out the peanut butter and totally forgot!

Peanut butter I buy does not have lard or other bad stuff in it. Just peanut nuts and salt. Jiff, Peter Pan and other PB has stuff in it that's bad for a diet. I get mine at Costco, Kirkland brand. Oil separates so have to stir before using and since no preservatives have to store in frig. Says organic on the label. (Also makes the best PB cookies. Wink Smear it on apple slices and very satisifying snack.

Wont believe this but for a snack I have 1 oz of CREAM CHEESE on a plain rice cake with teaspoon of "good" jam with a beverage. My cravings are for fatty deserts so this takes care of it. On my food plan I don't worry too much about the fat, but the carbs and hidden sugars. Scale was better to me today but have to see if the numbers are the same for the next two days before I reveal.

Keep it up girls. We can do this. Remember one meal at a time and one day at a time. If you fall off the wagon, another one will come by tomorrow for you to climb on!!

Drum roll....down 10! Yippee! I know this doesn't make sense but gonna have choc cake today. Restaurant in town is known for their desserts and that's what I want. It's 7.30 a.m. and dh is getting me a slice on the way to get the Sunday paper. Probably will take me all day to eat it but that's ok, too.

Tonight back on the tread mill. This was the incentive I need. Come on gals. Watch the carb/sugar and the pounds will drop off. (Please don't tell the scale what I'm eating today. OK?)
