Well here it is! I still have to pull the paper off and finish the back but it should be going off to the quilters by next Monday! Yippee!

Any ideas on a quilting motif?

Oh, Jenell, very nice!! Lovely Autumn colors! The pattern's so busy, I'd probably just go with a simple all-over motif. Just me.

Beautiful job! Cheer Clap Cheer

Jenell-

If this were my quilt, since it is so linear, I would ask the quilter to stipple or meander. I think it needs the curves to contrast and compliment the straight lines.

Jenell, I love it! I agree that it would benefit from something curvy. Possibly an all over design of some sort. Feathers might look too fussy. It is so warm and inviting. Nice job.

Thank you ladies! I'm glad to hear compliments cause I sure was getting tired of looking at this one and even started calling it ugly. I think I will just go with a stippling or meander. I am still pulling paper though!!! Roll Eyes

Beautiful quilt, Jenell! Clap Clap Clap Clap

I love the colors and the pattern. Smile

I know you are tired of peeling paper but when the quilt is done you will soon forget all the tedious part and only see the beauty of it.

Jennell.. your quilt is absolutely gorgeous.. these are my colors!! there sure is alot of work in that baby.. I can see it sure would have taken awhile.. then to take of the paper!!
I agree with everyone else on the pantograph designs.. there are a few billowy ones that would look super..I would suggest not to small a motif you don't want to take away from that wonderful design either...I think there is one called a popcorn flower and it is popular but very very effective.
Great work do you know how you will finish it.. maybe prairie points with whatever scraps you have left??
