This is located in LaConner Washington. It is a very fascinating place and I wish I'd had my camera on me when I visited.
There is a little family history here.If you look in "About Us",the A.N.and Mary Herrold were my grandparents, and owned & operated it as an apartment building when it caught fire.I did take a photo from the front of the building, but only went in to talk.Wound up going through a few of the displays.

Thanks, Ned, for posting this link.

I wish I lived close enough to visit. There are some really great quilt exhibits coming up there and the Quilt Festival in September looks very interesting.

How nice that such a beautiful building was able to be saved and preserved as a quilt/textile museum.

Oh man I just love old houses also. My dsil's grandparents lived in a house that looked just like the one pictured. I loved playing on the stairs of that house. That was until my little nephew climbed up to the third level and would found playing with a snake. It was non-poisonous but hey it was a snake and Betty didn't venture back upstairs.

lol

It's a great place I wish I lived close enough to visit also.
