Hi Everybody,

on my vacation to California I also went to the Santa Clara Quilt convention. I been for 2 day's and I feel like I still havent seen everything. Some of those Quilts just blew my mind and some - well how would I say- I just didnt know what to think about. But then Im glad everybody has there own taste. I took a bunch of pictures and want to share them with you. They had over 500 Quilts on display. So I didnt take pictures of all of them but still a few.

Wow! Looks like all of the talent in the world was gathered into one show. The creativity and interpretation is amazing.

Landscape, portrait, and other art quilts aren't my cup of tea. I do admire the skill that went into them. The Native American was particularly stunning. Several of the traditional quilts reallt leapt out at me. The use of color and design worked so well together. Doreen is right- lots of talent at that show.
