Thanks everyone for your input, I am going to try machine binding on the flannel baby blanket I am doing, I think I'm going to try like Vicky mentioned. I'll let you all know how it goes when I get it done. I'll try to post a picture

Morning Ladies, I wanted to let everyone know after reading all your tips & hints on machine binding I decided to try a satin binding on one of the xmas gifts I had made, avoided satin because its so slippery but because of all of you it was sew easy...[lol love saying that]
