Just bought the Big Foot so I can see where I'm going when I meander...wow! Big Grin What a difference. Just love the larger "view" and the tension seems to be better. Had to put black dots so I can see where the needle is sewing.

Ok...back to the machine.

Almost done with this baby quilt and then I have permission to start something new...not an UFO!! (A terrible agreement I made with myself. Finish one, start new. Finsih a UFO start two new. Does that make sense? Confused)

Big Foot? Please explain. These tired old eyes would be grateful.

Gerda-
Think I need one of those, but the clear part needs to be magnifying glass in my case! LOL

Hmmm...think I've seen maggies for machines. Another attachment.

Just hated to have to stop sewing to feed the family. But they know not to complain or they can make themselved a PB&J!!! Sporty

Friends, I hope this is of some help! I'm usually ok with just my eyes (need glasses for reading/hand stitching - don't always use them) but when doing Y-seams or stippling, I will use my reading glasses. I may need one of these mags one day, though.

Julie, thanks for starting this thread.

I had never heard of a "Big Foot" ... looks like it could be very helpful. I am trying to see if these will fit a Brother sewing machine.

Does anyone on BC who has a Brother use one of these?

Confused Pat
