Lauren-
I always have quilts going for the kids for camp! These blocks will probably end up in quilts for the kids also. I have 6 blocks of each pattern. I think I will be able to ration them out for a couple of years. If I need to, I can always sew a few extra blocks to make them large enough. I can't give the exact same quilt to every kid in 1 year. |

If this were my quilt, I would get a blue & white floral with very very tiny prints for the sashing to unite the 2 colors but not detract from the design. I would anchor it with blue cornerstones matching the darkest value on the quilt, then put a wide border of yellow/blue...medium prints, perhaps a paisley design, and then bind with a stripe blue.
