Thank you ~ thank you *taking a MINI bow*…  lol I have to admit I am EMBARASSED at the family’s reaction! You’d think I gave her a car. They called and asked me to come back to the hospital (that’s out.. I have a rippin’ summer cold and would be thrown OUT of CCU), and then her ex-hub called and gushed to my spouse about it yesterday afternoon. Too funny… but it was flattering they liked it so well. Great idea. Several years back, I had one sent to me and the friend called it a "pocket quilt". It came with a little note saying that it was meant to be kept in my pocket and each time I touched it, I would know that the person who made it was praying for me. I have seen them in all kinds of block designs. They don't take long to make and with all of your left over half square triangle parts you could make neat pinwheel blocks. You know when you place a square and sew across the diagonal and then cut off that little set of triangles? I have a large bag of those----some where.
