Well Deb I for one was happy to see the new home for this topic, and hope to get some blocks done have had this horrible sinus infection which threw out my back from all that sneezing and coughing, so have had to lay around the whole week just trying to get better and then today my DS had to put her cat to sleep after someone hit him and she is totally upset about it after she has had him for 18 years, mad me very sad for her also, anyways said all that to say that I am glad to be able to get on here if just for a minute to see what everyone has been working on!!!!

Don't get me wrong, Michelle, I am not complaining. Apparently I was out to lunch, as usual, the day that memo went around. LOL I think it is very nice to have a dedicated spot. Just have to re-train myself not to go zipping by anymore.
Your productivity is putting me to shame, Deb. You keep posting these lovely blocks and I have nothing to show yet. I'm with Tata on this, how do you keep the sides from fraying? Another beautiful block Deb with wonderful fabrics!
 I was getting ready to start my blocks when an opportunity came up for me to make wall hangings and table runners for a fall festival that's coming up at the end of this month. The lady who runs it asked me to make as many as I can and sell them at the festival. So I've had to put all my quilting time and energy into getting them done. But just as soon as I have them all completed, I'll be jumping in and starting my midget blocks. I love what you ladies have done so far... ~ Sue |
