I am not too sure if this is the same quilt sampler I don't think it is however these blocks are 4 1/2 and they are posted each week so will try and post a pic here. I have been saving each block posted on mostly all Mondays, to one day work on. Hummm!!!

That is a very pretty quilt...did you make this?
It looks like a Jane to me.

I have always been interested in people who make me laugh!!! You can never have a dull moment with these people. And if you happen to have "one of those moments" then it's okay, they just laugh with you.

Wish I could say that I had done this one already Deb, this is the one that I had begun to save the blocks for to maybe one day you know how that is but maybe one day I could at least do some of the blocks. I just posted it because she have all these blocks free to get each Monday, however was not too sure if it is the same quilt since I don't think it is the same name, but we know how that go also.

I am no expert on the topic but I am glad that you posted it.

If those blocks are free then maybe we can use them by joining there. This way whoever wants to join here can use those blocks that doesn't have the book/CD/DVD. We could see which blocks are there.

In the Jane book that I have there are several pictures of quilts all with different names and on the Jane site I go to they are differnt ones working on different quilt tops by different names, using the same blocks. As far as I am concerned if anyone wants to join this group they can and use their own 4 1/2" unfinished block patterns.

Michelle,

Where are you finding the blocks? Are they archived so a person can go back and get previous ones?

I just found the three JS blocks that I made a few years ago! Here they are in all of their glory...please keep in mind that my applique will never be considered exquisite, so wonkiness in the third block is expected, lol! Smile

A-2 One Two Buckle My Shoe Block

Those are gorgeous, Kim! Love the colours! And I'm like you with hand applique - it's never perfect, but then it doesn't have to be! After all, only God is perfect, so our quilts don't have to be. Don't recall who said it, but I agree!

I think this is what Michelle showed - I came across this site some time ago, and started saving the patterns, then completely forgot about it in the hustle and bustle of packing, moving, building, etc. Smile I'm going to start saving again. It's very pretty, Michelle, thanks so much for reminding me! Smile Hugs to you!
