Infopop did an update of our forum software a few days ago and since that time, we've had a few forum members who have had problems using the forum.

Some of you have emailed your forum problems to me, but I thought it would be better to list them here, so that you can see if someone else is having the same problem that you are experiencing and if they've found a solution.

Kim, It was earlier this am when I could not get to the forums, I could get to the website okay though. But everything seems to be working okay now! Thanks for the reply!

Also post counts are not working.

What browser and version are you using? Pam is having the same problem (plus she can't even post!). I'm able to see post counts and the "New since your last visit" page comes up for me too.

I clearned all my cookies but it still isn't working.

Hi Kim I'm not having any problem as of now, but I do have a question about the way the posts are numbered.
I 've noticed that when someone posts more than once on any given day that the number is the same for each post. So does that mean that no matter how often you post it really gets down to the number of days you post instead of the total number of posts you actually do? Am I right about that?
