Are you sure there is only one message? Until you have opened all the messages it will keep blinking.

I am afraid that is the extent of my technical expertise. Maybe send a note to Kim. I hope it gets sorted out soon, it must be very distracting.

Mine is doing that way too! I have opened all of mine as well. I have several that are in bold letters like they haven't been read but they have. Do you have any like that? I am wondering if that is the problem ---they just are not being canceled out when read. It is very annoying because I have to check it often even though there is no new messages Happy Quilting! don't have a clue why your PM buttons keep flashing - but in my PM's, the ones that are in bold letters seem to be PM's that I initiated - just thought this might help . . .

You could be right on that, I have just recently found out "how" to use messages so I am not up on them to well! Been here 2 years and never learned why my messages got lost...they were right where they should of been all the time---I just never knew that they resided there! Oh well live and learn!
