I'm new in the BC forums and can't seem to figure these out. I have notifications on but don't get notified... Any ideas? I don't recall getting any kind of confirmation email about access... ???

I'm sorry that I missed this post, but I can clear up the mystery for you. Your email provider is not delivering them and they are all getting bounced back to my inbox. I just deleted over 3000 messages today.

The email notifications are being sent from Infopop's server but my personal email address is used as the sender's email address. This is causing your mail server to think that the forum messages are being "spoofed", a popular technique with some virus emails in the last few years. Your email provider is trying to protect you from harmful emails, but in the process of protecting you, it is kicking out the forum notifications that you signed up for and want to be delivered to you.

I suggest that you speak to your email provider to see if there is a "whitelist" to which you can add my email address ) noblin@alaweb.com ).

If that is not an option, you might try using another email address...there are lots of free email service providers out there (GMail and Yahoo are two that I use).
