I saw at a quilt meeting a pattern containing 12 flower blocks with sashing between. They were simple, fusible, flowers, but very realistic in shape. The only one I remember for sure was a coneflower. And I was told it was a pattern set, not a book. I know that's not a very good description, but it's the best I can do. Any ideas?

I was thinking I had seen a BOM in the past year or two with a coneflower as one of the blocks. So far I haven't quite jogged my memory enough to find it. But I did find these on the internet.

Ther are other similar patterns in her series. Her patterns are widely available in quilt shops.

McKenna Ryans patterns are amazing!

Hmmmmmmmmm......Jeb...
I was JUST watching this on one of my taped shows yesterday morning. I'll go back and peek to see if I can nab a name. They WERE working on a fusible web lavender coneflower. It really was beautiful.

I'll get back to you...

Meg, that isn't the one, but it might work.

Pat, I agree that McKenna Ryan's patterns are fantastic!!! I have two of her sets that I will get around to doing one of these days. But the one I'm looking for is much simpler.

Felicia, I'll be waiting to hear if you remember it.

Thanks, all.

Hi Jeb,

Well........I backed my VCR tape up and it was Frieda Anderson on a segment of "Sewing with Nancy". I sniffed out her website, and IF you scroll down to the bottom of this page there is a pattern for a purple coneflower on the left side.

Not sure this is a direct hit for what you're looking for, but this IS what I was watching..

Jeb-

There is only one reasonable response at this point. Make a coneflower sampler!
