Hi Gang
I have a question...I've been looking at a set of Fons and Porter DVD's on ebay. There is a lovely quilt on the cover of the set. Are the directions for the quilt on the cover usually within the dvd set or is it just window dressing so to speak?
It ends today, so if someone knows and can get back to me, I'd appreciate it loads.
Thanks
KimUK

Kim, this may come too late to help, but are they the TV series quilts? If so, they have all the shows, but I'm not sure about the patterns themselves, other than what they tell on the shows.

They do have back issues on CD http://www.shopfonsandporter.com/products/U712/Magazines.htm

I hope this helps!

Thanks Gerda, turns out it is (was)the dvd of the tv episodes...

However a friend happens to have the magazine and loaned it to me. So, I still had my question answered and got the pattern!

Thanks

Oh, yippee!! I' m glad you got it! (Which issue was/is it? You have my curiousity piqued! Smile )

Oh, and now that they are putting their magazines on CD, at least previous years, it's got to be a bit cheaper to buy and definitely much easier to store!

Hi Gerda,
It's the July/August 2005 issue. Lovely quilt, is all I can say. The directions state it's an intermediate level...I think I will be stepping up to the plate for this one and stretch myself a bit. I learn something new for each quilt I make...this one will probable teach me I should stay with simple patterns!

Hope you find it.
