If you have an embroidery machine that would take up lots of time for gifts, like kitchen towels with Christmas or different motifs for ladies, speaking of mitts the double oven is a great one as well have made many of those and you can embroider on sweatshirts, t-shirts depending on your weather, or if you want to make a quilt then embroider on some of the sqs. and sew them together makes a nice quilt. BTW there are some pretty nice free embroidery designs on the net as well. Happy sewing!!!! Oh yeah if you have heard about a quillow those are fast and easy if you have small children to get things for.

I only quilt on Day's that End in " Y "!

In all honesty, I made one of those wine glass coasters in no more than two minutes! Super quick and super easy!

I've always liked these folded stars. I remember doing them when I was a kid. So, I am making some trivits for gifts this year...that is, WHEN I can get to the store and get more sewing needles. As I broke my last one today Roll Eyes Red Face

I have some instructions for them in one of my quilting books, the sizes are a bit different, but the pattern is the same.
