The pattern I'm looking for is really simple. I made it years ago and can't find the pattern -- it was from a book.
The blocks are made of 5 narrow strips in shades of one color. Five colors are used in the quilt -- lights, reds, blues, yellows, and greens. The pattern showed me how to place the blocks so that the colors made a sort of diamond around a center block. I guess I could sit down with some graph paper and crayons and draw it, but the pattern also said how much fabric you need of each of the colors. That's the most important part. Does this sound familiar to anyone? |

I don't know that I've seen that pattern, but just like Log Cabins, there are many ways to place the Split Rail blocks. Maybe someone will be able to help you on this one.
