Well I finally did it. I made my own. I went to the local dollar store and bought two cotton placemats for a buck and went to joanns and bought a yard and a half of clearance material and made my own. And it really turned out great. I will get a photo of it this week and post it.. I was very easy to make and I'am the envy of all the other chefs....tee hee... they want me to make one for them also...

Congratulations, Julia! You know what they say- necessity is the mother of invention. I am very interested in how you put them together. I know several people who carry their knives with them when they go camping, etc.
