Jami, Thank you for posting pictures of the quilts that went to camp. I'm so glad I could have a small part in helping. I have another one for you ready to quilt, I know it will be for next year but can't wait for someone to enjoy, & find comfort. Rebecca P

I had trouble with mine and didn't get it to you this year, I wanted to add some Applique to the blocks and APPARENTLY purchased the wrong kind of fusible so I will work on my blocks and get them to you for next year's camp.
Ladies you all did great works.
Happy Quilting! Bama Deb ~ Sweet Home AL I have always been interested in people who make me laugh!!! You can never have a dull moment with these people. And if you happen to have "one of those moments" then it's okay, they just laugh with you.
Oh, my ... such beautiful quilts ... great job, everyone!!
Thanks for posting, Jami,
Pat

I love your new "do" also! I have been trying to grow my hair out, but it is so danged hot hanging on my neck right now. There has been many days mowing, thta I'm ready to head to the beauty shop and have it all hacked off again!
Hope you are finally starting to feel better. We have all been worried about you and your mostly absent state around here. I check every day to see if you have posted any news about yourself!
Work on the blocks when you get a chance, we have a whole year to get things done for the next camp! Thank goodness!! Now I get to take a little break from camp quilts and work on stuff for me! I have so many projects I want to try!
We miss you bunches around here...take care of you first, sewing blocks for camp can wait!

That's what pony tails and braids are for!! I only had my hair short once since I was a kid, and though it looked good, I'm just a fan of long hair (not that mine grows longer than just below the shoulder blades!) so I've grown it out (and I trim it myself - hairdressers ALWAYS take way too much off) Good thing it's naturally curly -hides any faux pas I might make.
