Don't worry Meg. I can be available other days. I just never know when. This week I'm off Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night. I guess it's best just to pick a day, and then I will try to be there. If I miss it, then I can get the info. from someone who attended.

Just let me know, when you decide on a day.

I can do any day but would prefer it be between 4 and 6:00 pm central time.

first if you can find a time to suit EVERYBODY - you have done a good job indeed!!! as for me, y'all set a time and date, and i can participate, then i will be there.

most any evening will be good for me, afternoons on weekdays are out - at the office that time of day - i might get by with reading threads and posting when i have a free moment - but chat? no, that would not set well with the judge . . .
what about a time on the weekend? most sunday afternoons are slow for me - or at least i can work in a chat time around sunday dinner. i get home from church about 12:30-ish and don't have to return for choir practice and evening service till usually 5: or 6:00-ish . . . just a thought, as i know everyone's weekends are quite hectic . . .

ok ladies so far we have two things to choose between.
1} A week day ( which one will be decided later if this option is taken )between 5 and 6

2) Sunday Afternoon

Come along ladies please don't be shy. I am not going to ask anyone to do any volunteering or anything like that. All we want to do is gert the ideas of where people would like to go and when etc SmileSmileIf you come to this discussion there is no obligation to actually join the retreat or show ( although we really hope you will Wink
We just want to know what would suit YOU the best Smile

Sunday afternoon sounds great to me. This is going to be good for bouncing around ideas for future gatherings.

I am going to have to sit this one out.It isn't because I am not interested. Just that 2009 is going to be a very busy year for us.There is so much happening. My DD is graduating from college. My DH is retiring from the military. Putting the house on the market. And moving. I am just exhausted just thinking about it.

On weekdays I can't usually meet until 6 PM. On Sunday it would have to end before 3:30 or start after 5:30 PM. Eee gats, what a nightmare to coordinate Jacqui! You brave one you!

Here is an idea -- Could we all just talk before or after trivia one night, or perhaps replace trivia with the discussion one evening? Sounds more simple...

I have always been interested in people who make me laugh!!! You can never have a dull moment with these people. And if you happen to have "one of those moments" then it's okay, they just laugh with you.
