Yes, Debbie, I get it!!
I'm seriously thinking about ordering the kit for the Remembrance Day quilt - it's now the official Remembrance Day (I think in the US it's Veteran's Day) quilt for Canada, according to the Royal Canadian Legion (vets) - we have the poppy "pin" - a flocked flower on a pin to wear in the first 11 days of November. I'm keeping my eyes open at the store for the Australian Patchwork and Quilting magazines that it will be in, though I may order the pattern from her instead. I like how she does things - not that I've tried it yet!! Too much else on the go! But I do enjoy going to her site, and getting her newsletters.

Thanks, Debbie!!

Gerda-We used to have those red poppy pins here in the US too but I haven't seen them in a long time. I know they have ceremonies for the veterans downtown and in some small towns too.
