Guess it is time I tried to clear a path through the thread tails so you can get in the door. Travel safely, Linda and I hope that baby arrives healthy and happy.
Meeting fellow members is so much fun. All of you Texas people should get together since there are so many of you fairly close together. |

  Mary your blocks are scrumpous!  I think I have a coulpe holes in my head somewhere! I have been downloading these blocks for ages and now is a good time as any to start a new project! I just recently started making my first 6" blocks all my blocks will be scrappy too! 30s, civil war and modern just toss it all in the mix! I can't wait to see which blocks people choose to work on first and second and ...what fabrics will be used... Happy Quilting! Debo...glad to have you join us! As you can see I've done all but one of the A row, but I doubt I will always go in order. It will be more fun to pick the blocks we really want to do and mix them up.
Somewhere I found a neat little chart for keeping track of the blocks you have completed. I'll see if I can find where I got that. Don't know if it was on Jennifer's site or some place else. |

Thank for that chart I will look at it later on. I emailed you 2 pics K1 & The Tinman and that one is to large but I will have to figure out a way to shrink it more I made it thumbnail size and its still to large.v Post the K1 block and I will work on the Tinman! Connie...you work fast...If you started on A-2 and have three done already! Aren't they fun? And your blocks are gorgeous!
Debo...I downsized the Tinman from the picture you sent and posted them both, but also sent you an email. I think we can get pictures that will show up better and I can replace these. But they are there for now. Love both of them! Ladies, we are off to a good start! Hope everyone will stop to admire the new blocks by Connie and Debo. |
