Just found out this morning for sure that my DH is going to drop his retirement paperwork at the end of the month. Now we will really need to get busy with the selling of the house, moving, DD graduating. Oh my!!!!!!Please keep ;us in prayer with the changes coming our way. Next year, we will belong to the civilian sector.

Hi Cindy,
Our plans, for now, is to move back to our house in VA. And my DH plans to go to a Bible College to be a minister. Definately a whole new lifestyle.
I have been a First Sergeant's wife and a Sergeant Major's wife. Pretty much stayed in the background and holding down the homefront. By nature, I am extremely shy. This will be out of my comfort zone.

Hi Linda,
The plan is that we won't be staying in Texas but go back east to the house we have in Virginia. Right now, we are renting it out. (That is where some of my fabric money comes from Smile)There is a quilt shop just five minutes from the house. In fact, there is a total of 3 quilt shops in 20 minutes of the house. And it doesn't include the 2 JoAnns or Hancocks. Fabric heaven.

Anyway, that is the plan.

I have always been interested in people who make me laugh!!! You can never have a dull moment with these people. And if you happen to have "one of those moments" then it's okay, they just laugh with you.

Hi Debo,
I guess you could say that we are children of the world. SmileEspecially since we are military brats. My parents aren't alive anymore. And my sisters are in TN and my brother is in CA. My DH's folks are in MA.I am looking forward to a sense of permanence.Neither one of us are from VA. He was born in CA. And I was born in NC.And we got married in Missouri.
