Since you have been praying over this situation to know what to do, God will guide you to make the proper decisions regarding the children. His plan may be for you to only take the one child because He knows who can best help them both. Your role may be to take the daughter and allow some other person to help the little boy. Thank you for being so supportive, I have a bit of good news. My sister has aggred to let my take my niece for about a month, not as long as I would like, but it is a start.

This is good news. I will pray for you for wisdom and patience. For your niece, I will pray for a smooth and happy transition to your home. For your sister, I will pray that she gets the help she needs to recover so that she can be the parent her children need. And for her son, I will pray that he will be safe and loved through all of this.
