Thanks for posting that link! It's the very same link I sent to my buddy when she asked what our new "mystery" block was...lol
I sent my local quilting partner several photos I gathered from googling the TW images. What I LOVE LOVE LOVE about quilting is HOW DIFFERENT a pattern can look when people put their fabric choices to the pattern!
Off to work!!!

How'd I miss THIS thread? I'm Kimmy, and one of the NHGC crew! I live in Arlington WA with my hubby and my two boys - Tim, who turns 15 today, and Elijah, who is 2. I'm a wannabe quilter with a pretty decent green thumb... I joined the NHGC last year and can't imagine not chatting with everyone on a regular (as regular as I can be with a toddler) basis. Let's see... more about me, born and raised in NJ, met my hubby about 6 1/2 years ago online and moved cross country to be with him... My favorite things to grow are roses and African Violets. I am an avid photographer too... just ask everyone in the NHGC group!

Ohiorose, I move here ten years ago. Now I live near Wanamaker. I avoid downtown at all cost. LOL Walking the canal is nice and the circle but driving is a bear.

Hello, Does any one want the pockets, zippers, buttons etc? The pockets still have the backs on. I think they're cute but don't have a clue what to do with them. My Mom wasn't saving the overhauls, Dad was still wearing them. LOL She finally got tired of was the tore up things and gave them to me.

NG, You can make all kinds of crafts from a jeans pocket such as these:
I made these kinds of things years ago with my GS Troop. You can find them for sale at craft fairs and even on ebay. They make cute gifts for girls.
