I'm from Canada as well. I live in Eastern Ontario along the St Lawrence River. Been quilting about 10 years. Love the social side of things. I've made some real quilting friends.
I also all the newbies on BC. This is a great place with lots of fun things to do and allway's a helping hand around. So all of you enjoy your'e time here and join the one or other swap (or may be all. LOL)
Happy Quilting
Kerstin :-)

As a REAL newbie (just joined today), I am unable to figure out what to do to add a new posting. Am I being really obtuse? Please help. What do I click on/go to to do this? Ginnym bgspain@hotmail.com
Ginny!! I'm so glad to see you join us! Jump right in!
To post on a thread, which you just did, by the way, , click on either the blue (this one gives you Emoticons) or yellow arrows (just text) at the end of the last post on a thread. To start a new thread, for example under INTRODUCTIONS or whatever, click on the box at the top of the page that says NEW. A drop down menu will show up, click on discussion, and start typing. (The row says GO, NEW, FIND, etc,)
Give it a try, you can do this. We'd love to know a bit more about you~ and this is a great place for advice, cheers, chuckles and tears and sympathy - whatever - we have broad shoulders and big hearts!!
