Hi, This is a recipe my ex and I developed (one of the few things besides our kids that is worth a flip).
Chicken (we used this mostly on wings but it works for a whole chicken too. Catalina Dressing Kikkoman stir-fry sauce Mix dressing and stir-fry sauce to taste. Divide sauce in half. marinade wings in sauce. Put in 360F oven. Baste through out cooking time with the sauce you didn't baste them in....approx 30 minutes. pour remainder of basting sauce over wings before serving.
I used to make rice and a salad to go with this during the winter when we wanted to feel like summer would be here soon. And used it on the grilled chicken during the summer.
That sounds yummy. I make two, both unnamed. One is catalina dressing and apricot preserves on chicken It works equally well on the grill as in the oven. The second one is Italian dressing and orange marmalade- this is good on chicken or pork chops.
YUMMY!! I love catalina dressing. these all sound fantastic! I just got my Kraft food and family magazine..and they are using bar-b-q sauce and orange juice concentrate mixed together....doesn't that sound delicious!!??

I am hanging my head in shame; driving down the street this morning when it hit me I had reversed these two recipes. The Italian dressing and orange marmalade is for chicken. Catalina and apricot (or peach) preseves works equally well on chicken or pork. Got it backwards the first time, sorry.
Hey I bet it would work either way! All sounds yummy to me...I'm supposed to lose weight for my step-sons wedding and EVERYTHING looks yummy! Except Brussel sprouts! Have a good week-end folks. KimUK
