Now there is no excuse not to have chocolate cake whenever you feel like it! Check this out!

What really cracks me up is that the cup has a pig motif going- how appropriate is that? Big Grin

What is Christmas? It is tenderness for the past, courage for the present, hope for the future. It is a fervent wish that every cup may overflow with blessings rich and eternal, and that every path may lead to peace.--Agnes M. Pharo .

Tupperware has a cake recipe that uses a can of soda and cooks in the microwave in about 10 minutes. It uses one of the Tupperware Black Serving dishes. I'll get the recipe and post it.

I've made this before - minus the pig mug! It's really good, especially when it's warm and gooey...Might have to make one tonight!

Made this tonight. Wow! It is intense! I added 1/2 t vanilla to cut the bite of the chocolate. Using one egg per cup makes a very dense cake, almost like an egg custard. If you were planning to make two, as I did, one for DH, you could probably beat one egg and divide it between the two cups.

I was wondering about adding a drop or two of peppermint to make a chocolate perrpermint pattie cake.

Darlene,

Just be sure to let them cool long enough so no one gets burned. The handles get pretty hot. And it makes it own fudge sauce, like a lava cake. Wouldn't want any little mouths getting burned either.
