I'm thinking, I better get this cake into the freezer before the whole thing ends up on my thighs, LOL. Besides I'd like to make one for christmas

Glad to hear you enjoyed it Susie... I always freeze a couple for company. It's even better (moister, I think) when it thaws... Warm it up with a quick zap in the micro... plop some ice cream or whipped cream on top... drizzle on some carmel sauce... just kidding... I can keep going with desserts
