Hi girls..just thought I would share this with you'all, if you have never tried it, you will love it. Just take cooked ham or bacon, wither one, and chop it into small pieces. put in a kettle and cover it with water....depending on the size of the kettle, about half full or so. bring to a boil, add onion chopped , and poataoes cut into bite size pieces..turn down and simer until potatoes are fully cooked. add half a carton of sour cream, salt and peper to taste, and enjoy!! this is also real good with a can of creamed corn tossed in. hope you enjoy this as much as we always do!!
