Keepsake Quilting is doing it's annual sale on June 6th and 7th this year. It's worth the trip if you're within driving distance of central New Hampshire.
It is a bit of a drive for me, but I may think about trying to go on Saturday, June 7th. I have never been to Keepsake Quilting, but I have met quilters who say I really should get there sometime.

I have been once. You need to go early if you go because they do it under a tent in their parking lot and there's always a line (they've had kind of a number system to get in in the past). It can be crazy, but what they put out on the sidewalk is enough to rival most small quilt shops. Also, if you're a real sale-hound, like me, it's a whole lot of fun. If the weather's good, it can be a real Filene's Basement kind of experience. Of course, fabric is much more fun than wedding dresses!

Oh my ... the image of this in my head ... "quilters in a fabric frenzy" ... is ROFLOL ...
Oh, no ... I don't know about this ... I was never much of a Filene's basement kind of shopper even in my younger days ...
Dorene ... help! ... if you'll go ... I'll go ...

It's not quite THAT bad ... as I said they've had a numbering system in the past, but it is a crowd! On the up-side, the regular store isn't quite as busy during that time because everyone's outside trying to snatch up a bargain!
I hope you have fun if you go! Delia

I may go. If I do it will be on Saturday, although I imagine this is the busiest day ... but I bet there is a line of those who have to be there when it opens on Friday lol ... (not me )
As I said, I have never been to Keepsake, so I would enjoy checking out the store, too. Seems like the time to go!

I was unable to go (or get online for a while), did you end up going? I had to attend other family functions this year. Well... there's always next year!
