Hi ladies. I just acquired a used Bernina 600 embroidery machine and am wondering if any of you have a good place to buy the cards from. There seem to be a lot on ebay but I would rather use a reputable dealer. I'm especially looking for alphabet stuff.

Jenell -

Just a question: Does your machine have a programmable card? If so, you can download free designs from the Internet and put them on the card to use.

You might also look into getting the Magic Box II. Then you can download and use designs of other formats from the Internet and from other cards and convert them to your format. I got myself the Magic Box II for Christmas and loaded the software on my computer, but have to admit I haven't had time to use it yet.

Thanks Linda. I don't have that card but I did see it when I was searching around. I will probably have to go that route. I just didn't want to jump into buying a lot of things that I wasn't going to really need. Let me know when you get a chance to check out the Magic Gate. I am really just wanting this to sign my quilts with but I can see that there are so many possibilities!
