I really want to get EQ6, especially since I've got a bunch of ideas in my head that I just don't have the skill to put on paper or figure out the calculations. So I've been hunting for prices on it, and found today that JoAnn.com has it on sale for $124 plus free shipping! I'm talking to my hubby about it tonight.
I took the plunge this morning. I wasn't able to find anything better in hours of searching, so I figured I'd better get it while I could! No idea how long this deal is going to last.
My copy arrived a few days ago and I'm loving it already. I've designed two quilts, one that's almost in the cutting stage now (gotta get around to ironing my fabric- what a pain!) and another that's just about ready for fabric purchasing. All this and I've only had the program for 5 days! I've found that the ideas I had before the program are getting much more fleshed out, and I'm coming up with new ideas at breakneck speed. If you're hesitant about getting it, I definitely vote to go for it.
Jody, I just couldn't live with my EQ6! I love it so much! It helps me a lot! I originally purchase Eq5 then upgraded to Eq6 so don't hesitate. I use it a lot! They make it really easy to use also.
In fact, I've been afraid to install it on my new computer. I've heard so many horror stories about Vista but I contact EQ and they told me exactly how to do it with a problem. They were right, I've got it now I can get back to work on other things.

Well Betty I think I am going to do it. I found the same sale Aixia did at Joann's. Although I will wait until tomorrow to see if I get an on line coupon and maybe I can use it towards it as well. Not sure if I would be able to. I had a coupon that expired on Friday for 50% off don't know if the would have taken it off the original price or just let me use at all.
