I am quilting a quilt for a lady. And she said what ever I wanted to do is ok. The only thing I know is she love horses. But here quilt is a sampler type quilt. Any ideas?
There is a place near the top of the forum for you to post an "Introduction" and tell us a little about yourself and we will all come say hello.
BC is a great place for quilters to get together and have fun.
Hope this helps,
Pat

Are you hand quilting this, sweetie, or machine quilting? IMHO, I think this quilt would look best if you did either outline quilting around the pieced blocks or a simple cross-hatching. You could do individual quilted motifs in some of the solid spots. Even a continous line design of horseshoes or hats or stars in the outside border.
BTW, welcome to the forum, Misty. We are happy you found us. When you get a chance don't forget to pop up to the introductions and tell us a bit about yourself.
I am sorry . I am hand quilting. And it is going to have one of the largest boarder's I have ever seen. The boarder's are going to be about 22 inches. That is the way she wants it. Since she loves horses so much. I am thinking of a medallion in the center of a horse. But after that I could use ideas.
