How's this Melita? With all the snakes in Australia, a mongoose an unsual, but apropos pet! LOL

2 : to gain the goodwill or favor of [conciliate the opposition]

I am sure there is a comment in there somewhere about hubby, the checkbook and new bolts of fabric! I'll leave it to your imagination.

1 : to have scruples (ethical considerations or principles that inhibit action)

2 : to show reluctance on grounds of conscience : HESITATE

As in: I will need lots of scruples to refain fromtouching the quilts at the show today. I used to make my boys put their hands when we went into the store when they were little. Guess I had better follow my own advice! LOL

I do lots of this when looking at fabric at the LQS! hehehehehe
