I add an egg, some herbs for seasoning and sometimes a few bread crumbs to act as binder. It seems to keep them moister and they don't break when turned on the grill. Very interested in hearing more about these chicken nuggets. DS2 absolutely adores them. DH is less than crazy about them, but he is always on the prowl for new ways to do chicken. Thinking that homemade nuggets might entice him. I must put an entry in my blog and introduce you to him.

The noon news said it was going to reach 100 today after all so it is definately hot here. I have chops to give me a challenge this evening for supper, not sure what I will do with them yet other than I do know it is going to be a baked recipe. Any suggestions ladies?

Sorry Deb. What did you end up doing with the chops? I usually stir-fry my pork. So don't do chops really.
Going to find something easy for tonight. Probably pick something up at the store. As it's going to be oh so hot and we have driving to do.

Oh I baked them up so that they ahd some good golden brown flavor to them then smothered them in cream of mushroom soup baked them a bit longer to flavor them soup and they turned out delicious. Served them with veggies. Tonight is takeout night ionce a week we do take out and it is usually from one of the better restruants around here and it is always so good and it's always nice to have a break during the week.

hey deb - instead of take out, go to the restaurant - they clean up afterwards!!!! lol maybe it's just my DH, but even with take out, he still wants his food on a "real" plate, so there are still dishes - just not as many lol so yeah i push "go to" all the time!!

Cindy that does sound good but not tonight we are both feeling ragged tonight. You know when the kids were small he always had to have a regular plate but since the kids are gone and it's just us, he doen't do that any more...hmmmm wonder when that changed LOL He sees now that what he does is extra work on me, he can be as bad as a child on his days!
