Well everything here was going so smooth, the packing making sides for the trailor all the things you need to do to move. I was starting to relax. We found a house in the country I can have chickens, cow and my dog will be so happy. We will finish loading up the car and big truck and we are off. I do most of the loading and lifting because lyles back is very bad. Well last night when I got up to go to the bathroom I kicked the fan it has been in the same place for years. I fell over it hurt my arm, it has a good size blue mark on it but it is ok. I also broke my toe the one next to the little toe. That hurts so bad and it is black amd blue clear to the top of my foot. This is the same foot that I broke last time we moved. I think it is the house going away gift to me. At least it is just a toe and not my foot. I now have a new name (Grace)given to me by Lyle I hope all has a wonderful day today and the weather here is perfect. Thanks Laura

Laura, hope you heal quickly. Those toe injuries hurt so bad.... and there really isn't anything to do for them, but take anti-inflammatories and wear supportive shoes until they heal.... Glad your injuries were minor.

You are worn out...and running on little rest. That's indeed when the physical wrecks happen. I sure hope you heal quickly and just get moved to good ol' Idaho. Your place sounds like a little heaven.

My girlfriend was moving and her mother was helping her. On one of the last trips up from the basement (that her mother INSISTED on helping her with) she crashed on the very last step and broke her nose. The end result was TWO huge black eyes which ultimately turned both of her cheeks shades of green..yellow....blue and purple. It was so bad...but...other then her nose (and pride) she was not seriously hurt. She could have fallen back down the stairs which she didn't.

Get well.......watch your step...and ONWARD!!!
