You would think that if i went to the local joanns they would have a 32" zipper in stock. Well i was mistaken. They dont even have 32 inch zippers and they wont even try to order me one...Of course its for a winter jacket..
Well i tryed ebay and a few other site.... no luck.....
Does any one else have any other ideas where i could get one...

What color do you want? I just bought two at my JoAnn's and I am pretty sure one was at least 32". I don't every store carries them. The JoAnn's near my mother does not carry them either.

julia, i got a 30" separating zipper at walmart for billy's winter coat - it was plastic, tho, not happy about that. i checked at hancock's and they only carried the exact same thing. i haven't check clothide's online yet tho. i also haven't actually replaced that zipper yet - i am SO reluctant to put in a plastic zipper in a winter jacket . . .

I have a bunch of zippers that my grandmother had and I'll never ever ever use them. Let me know what you are looking for and if I have it I'll be happy to send it your way. My grandmother made all of her clothing so she had them in just about every color and size you could imagine. I have an entire shoebox full. If I dont have it, I'm sure I can get one through one of my wholesalers. Smile

Julia-
The one I purchased was hunter green, or as close to it as possible. I think I will have a chance to check at the store this afternoon. Will let you know tonight if I found it.

Julia-

The store had a 36" separating zipper in hunter green. Apparently there is not enough call for sizes between 30" & 36". You can cut it down to size if you want or you can special order one, and get exactly what you want and need. I picked up order forms for both you and Cindy. Now I just need you to PM me your address.
