How long have you been quilting?
Also, how old are we here?

I, myself, have only been for 7 years. I am also almost 35 (in April).

HI Mindy,

I'll be 56 on my next birthday, and I have been quilting for 2 years. I sure love it!

I have been collecting fabric for 40 years, and it was a lady I met when I moved to WA that diagnosed me as "A Closet Quilter"..lolol I have had a fabric addiction since HIGH SCHOOL...lol

Nuts but true...lol

Well I'll be 60 next month and made my first quilt (for my doll) at four, it was hand pieced and tied with yarn. By the ripe age of five I was sewing on the treadle, hemming dish towels.
Felicia do you shop at Leah Anne's?

I am 60 and my first quilt top was made for my doll when I was 8 - but I skipped quite a few years in between. My first REAL quilt was pieced in 1980, but I just had it machine quilted last year. LOL! I have always liked fabric, and collected fabrics I liked.

I'm 33 and have been quilting for 1.5 years now. I'm still a novice, but what I lack in experience I make up for in passion. lol

HI I will be 54 on my next birthday I have been quilting for 3 months. I have been sewing almost all my life so I love fabric. My mom and her sisters are life time quilters and so was my granny. It just took me awhile to join in.

I'm 54 and have been quilting for not quite a year. I have been sewing clothes for as long as I can remember but never attempted quilting. My sister took a community ed. quilting class at her local high school, afterwards she spent a long weekend helping me make my first quilt that was 13 quilts ago. I can't remember what I did with my time before quilting!
