Well ladies and gents
Well myself and my brother put our heads together and this is what we came up with.
We made a red cedar quilt ladder and I think it turned out great.....
All i did was put mineral oil on it and let it soaked for a couple of days..
The aroma is fantistic and it just looks good on my wall..
Now the question. We want to start selling these and we werent sure how much to charge. I have seen several like of styles and the prices.....
There is no glue on this ladder so its easy to take apart if you need to....
You just have to use mineral oil twice maybe three times a year depending on the weather cont.
So what does everyone think....
How much would you pay for one
Just let me know....

Those look very nice Julia. My concern would be that the mineral oil would seep into the quilt. Maybe just a clear sealer would be better.

well the quilts have been on the ladder for a month now and there is no resadue of the oil. I just check on it and still no oil..
with the red cedar you want the smell to come out and with a sealer you will not even get it over the years.
